Democratic structures
NTEU is a highly democratic member-driven union with elected Branch Committees, Division Councils, and a National Council comprising representatives elected by members on a two-year cycle.
Having your say
All financial members can vote in union elections, and we encourage everyone to participate. A strong democratic process makes for a stronger union.
